You will make great party food with this dip to impress your friends!
You will need:
2 tins of chickpeas
2 – 4 teaspoons of Tahini
1 lemon
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Small bunch parsley
Toasted breads (Crostino)
1 jar of Chef Bernie’s Salsa Dip
Prep time about 10 mins.
Equipment – food processor best, or blender if you don’t have a processor. If you don’t have either, a potato masher and strong arms will do the trick!
