Our sauces make delicious easy dips which you can serve with a number of different crudités.
Here are some ideas for you to try. Pop these together for a real wow factor. It’s well worth the effort – your friends will love them.
The trick is to finely dice the fillings and use different colours and textures to give a colourful display. Use a mix of pre-bought bases or make your own. There are some very good ones available including gluten free.
Serves 6
Prep time approx. 1 hour
Croustades (small cups)
- 1 small avocado
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1 spring onion
- 1 Lime
- Chef Bernie’s Mango Chilli Sauce to taste
Baguettes
- ½ small bunch fresh coriander
- 1 small baguette
- 1 cucumber
- Chef Bernie’s Sweet Pepper & Mustard Sauce
Celery Sticks
- Celery
- 50g soft goats cheese
- ½ courgette
- ½ red onion
- ½ small packet of parsley
- Chef Bernie’s Banana Ketchup to taste
- Hot mayo crudités
- 1 carrot
- ½ yellow pepper
- ½ red pepper
- A little fresh chervil or dill
- 4-5 dspn of mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of Chef Bernie’s Very Hot Sauce to taste

Thank you, yes although I’m not gluten intolerant I sure put on weight when I include it in my diet! Lots of our recipes avoid gluten and all of our sauces are gluten free 🙂

These pictures are lovely and I didn’t know until now that you produced the sauces! How rubbish am I? We like it ‘hot’ so when I get over to England I will have to try them. 🙂
