Our simple tropical canapé recipes can be quickly rustled up to wow your guests! Here are some ideas for you to try with our Tropical Range of sauces. Our sauces also make delicious easy dips which you can serve with a number of different crudités. Pop these together for a real wow factor. It’s well worth the effort – your friends will love them!
Prep Time 60 mins – No Cook Time!
The trick is to finely dice the fillings and use different colours and textures to give a colourful display. Use a mix of pre-bought bases or make your own.
For the Croustades (small cups):
- 1 small avocado
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1 spring onion
- 1 Lime

Celery Sticks

- 50g soft goats cheese
- ½ courgette
- ½ red onion
- ½ small packet of parsley
- Chef Bernie’s Banana Ketchup
Mini Baguettes
- ½ small bunch fresh coriander
- 1 small baguette
- 1 cucumber
- Chef Bernie’s Sweet Pepper & Mustard Sauce
Hot Mayo Crudités
- 1 carrot
- ½ yellow pepper
- ½ red pepper
- A little fresh chervil or dill
- 4-5 dspn of mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of Chef Bernie’s Very Hot Sauce
