Chocolate Vegan Pancakes

Beautiful  light fluffy pancakes to share

Makes 4 – 6 Pancakes dependant on size –  Prep time 5 mins – Cook time 4-6 mins  

These pancakes are super light and fluffy and will give you a great chocolate fix!

Ingredients

100 g plain flour

2 heaped tsps baking powder

1 heaped dsps coconut sugar

1 heaped dsps raw cacao powder

150 ml unsweetened almond milk

A pinch salt

Method

Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl with a fork, add the milk and mix in well but don’t worry if there a few small lumps.

Heat a nonstick frying pan for a few minutes on a medium heat, once the frypan is hot turn down slightly as it’s important to cook pancakes through without burning them.

Spoon enough mixture into the frypan to make a nice round approx. 4 inch pancake. Cook the pancakes for a couple of minutes on either side turning once, serve with banana ketchup and fruits of your choice!
