Our sauces make delicious easy dips which you can serve with a number of different crudités.

Here are some ideas for you to try.  Pop these together for a real wow factor. It’s well worth the effort – your friends will love them.  

The trick is to finely dice the fillings and use different colours and textures to give a colourful display. Use a mix of pre-bought bases or make your own. There are some very good ones available including gluten free.

Prep time  approx. 1 hour

Croustades (small cups)


Celery Sticks

  • Hot mayo crudités
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • ½  red pepper
  • A little fresh chervil or dill
  • 4-5 dspn of mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp of Chef Bernie’s Very Hot  Sauce to taste
